As founders of a marketing agency and an eCommerce business, we began experimenting with hiring talent from across the globe to scale more affordably.
Together we eventually worked out the formula on exactly how to hire and manage high-performing offshore team members to power the growth of our own businesses. Not only was the talent exceeding expectations on the quality of their work and team integration, but they were a third of the cost versus hiring in the UK. And importantly, talent were earning more than local salaries.
We thought "if we're blown away by the results, why don't we provide this as a service for other founders?".
And hence, Palm Outsourcing was born. Over the years, we've hired talent from Eastern Europe, the Phillipines & more, but nowhere comes close to Egypt as the leading destination for elite, affordable talent with excellent English communication skills. It's why companies like PwC, Booking.com, Capgemini & Vodafone have bases there.
Working with the amazing Egyptian talent confirmed the theory, that while talent is globally distributed, opportunity is not.

Cal leads Palm’s growth across sales and marketing, shaping how the company is positioned, how it communicates its value, and how it builds relationships with clients. With a strong commercial mindset and a clear vision for scale, he ensures Palm continues to grow in a focused, sustainable way while staying true to its promise of quality and performance.
Merna
CLIENT GROWTH LEAD
Merna is the primary point of contact for clients, from the first hiring conversation through the life of the engagement. She acts as the bridge between clients and our recruitment team, translating what each client needs into clear briefs and making sure the right fit is exactly what gets delivered. Her focus is helping clients hire well, expand their teams, and stay confident in the partnership at every stage.

Finance Manager
Eslam runs the financial side of Palm, from payroll and invoicing to keeping every client account accurate and on track. With a meticulous, detail-driven approach, he makes sure talent are paid correctly and on time, and that client billing stays clean and predictable. His work keeps the single-contract, no-surprises promise behind Palm running smoothly in the background.

The heart of Palm’s people experience. Roaa makes sure every talent feels supported, every process runs smoothly, and every team member thrives from day one. From onboarding to wellbeing, she brings the perfect balance of structure and empathy, keeping our culture strong, connected, and always growing.

The storyteller behind Palm’s brand. Jumana turns our mission, wins, and talent stories into content that people actually want to read. From LinkedIn campaigns to event strategy, she builds the narrative that connects Palm with clients and talent across the world. Creative and data-driven, she’s the engine powering Palm’s visibility and voice.

GTM Engineer
Omar builds the systems Palm's sales motion runs on. Externally, he owns the outbound engine: the cold email infrastructure, the targeting that feeds it, and the automation that routes what comes back. Internally, he's behind the reporting, dashboards, and sales enablement the team works from every day. If it produces pipeline or tells us how pipeline is performing, Omar built it.

GTM & OUTBOUND LEAD
Sam leads Palm's go-to-market and outbound engine, connecting us with the ecommerce brands and agencies we serve. With a sharp commercial instinct and a structured approach to outreach, he makes sure the right companies discover Palm at the right moment. He's often the first point of contact on a client's journey with us.

Recruitment Supervisor
Hania leads Palm's recruitment team with precision, warmth, and a talent for asking the right questions. She coaches our recruiters to spot potential and filter for excellence, making sure every shortlist meets the Palm standard. Behind the scenes, she turns data into action, finding what slows hiring down and fixing it so great candidates reach our clients faster.
