We're on a mission to connect Egypt's brightest talent with world-class remote opportunities.

As founders of a marketing agency and an eCommerce business, we began experimenting with hiring talent from across the globe to scale more affordably.

Together we eventually worked out the formula on exactly how to hire and manage high-performing offshore team members to power the growth of our own businesses. Not only was the talent exceeding expectations on the quality of their work and team integration, but they were a third of the cost versus hiring in the UK. And importantly, talent were earning more higher than local salaries.

We thought "if we're blown away by the results, why don't we provide this as a service for other founders?".

And hence, Palm Outsourcing was born.

Over the years, we've hired talent from Eastern Europe, the Phillipines & more, but nowhere comes close to Egypt as the leading destination for elite, affordable talent with excellent English communication skills. It's why companies like PwC, Booking.com, Capgemini & Vodafone have bases there.

Working with the amazing Egyptian talent confirmed the theory, that while talent is globally distributed, opportunity is not.

Our mission is to change that. We pair the best Egyptian talent with ambitious brands that value them as integral team members.
